We hereby inform that, on 12th June, 2020, 476.624.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 5.924.673.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.401.297.000,00 EUR).
