MTS API and Connectivity Support
Key accountabilities
• Ensuring the monitoring of the information system and technological structures that support trading, looking for solutions, in case of anomaly, to guarantee the correct functioning of the market
• Customer support for any technical problem, scaling up to other functions when necessary and following up with customers to ensure prompt resolution of critical issues
• Coordination and organization of tests, both internal and with customers, before the release of new software releases in production
• Sales assistance in customer support, where necessary (participation in Sales presentations, meetings, etc.
• Support ISVs and customers developing in-house trading and non-trading solutions
• Assist ISVs and Customers developing in-house in executing Conformance Testing prior to promote sw to Prod
• Distribution of technical bulletins to all market participants and internal staff
• Configuring customers to ensure access to the trading platform
Your profile
• Strong financial background and a good knowledge / understanding of the various activities of MTS direct & indirect client base.
• Prior relevant Client Services experience
• High standards of service delivery to clients and ability to create strong relationships
• Strong analytical and organization skills and problem-solving attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills both internally and externally
• Flexibility and availability
