Key accountabilities

  • Uploading selected research, with the aid of Generative AI to summarise research, manually applying relevant topic tags, and editing summaries.
  • Collection, analysis, and dissemination of analytics of platform usage by clients to multiple parties: research providers, account management and research insights teams.
  • Format and convert research items into compatible file types, ensuring proper layout, formatting, and accuracy, and edit documents as needed to meet publication or organizational standards.
  • Responding to client platform requests for research, which involves compiling relevant research related to those requests and sending to clients in a timely manner.
  • Research provider outreach/scouting, aiding in pitches to providers to join Substantive platform, and maintenance of Substantive research provider database
  • Maintenance of Research Insights platform to ensure regular research updates to all research themes across platform and reporting to the team
  • Market Data support: Data delivery dashboard maintenance, analysing invoices and contracts to identify trends in payments.


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred) in Finance/Economics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, in order to manage extensive databases. Some knowledge and experience with generative AI a benefit as well.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills: An ability to understand key market trends across financial markets, and to quickly assess relevant analysis in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, highly collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in analysis of investment research content, based on specified criteria set out by Research Insights team
  • Very good understanding of macroeconomics, and more broadly their impact on financial markets and asset prices.
