Data Sales Support
Substantive Research are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our account management team by assisting with the renewal process for our subscription service business. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive revenue growth through successful renewals. You will also gain exposure to our new sales process, working with our Head of Sales in Europe to develop the pipeline and drive revenue growth.
This role is perfect for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience who is enthusiastic about building a career in the financial services industry and contributing to the success of a dynamic company. As a small but rapidly growing company, we are at an exciting stage of our development.
Key Accountabilities
- Renewal Management: Work closely with existing clients to manage the renewal process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, issues, or escalations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewals, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our subscription service offering.
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver ongoing value-add through our research content.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, account management, or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining positive relationships.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
