Within the Communications and IR department, the Brand & Content officer will actively contribute to the Brand & Content team mission in rolling out various activities at Group level: 

  • Support the creation of corporate content (print and digital): develop different types of content (videos, infographics, brochures, etc.) and liaise with our design agency and the editorial team

  • Participate in group communications initiatives (global events and announcements) and liaise with different communications teams (events, media, internal comms, investor relations)

  • Work closely with the different business teams of Euronext to deliver accurate contents and communication activities

  • Ensure consistency of brand and act as group reference on brand group guidelines

  • Work on the Brand Platform & Resource Centre implementation

  • Support rebranding projects at Group level

  • Manage brand topics with legal team

  • Supervise the updates of the website connected to brand activities. Optimise website content and coordinate with local marketing team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Significant experience (2/3 years) in a Communications role managing international (branding) projects

  • Expert written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft 365

  • Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Autonomous and proactive in suggesting new ideas

  • Creativity to deliver effective communication campaigns

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Strong teamwork attitude and proactive approach

  • Company-minded and customer-focused

  • Motivated and good at making the link with other teams across Euronext

  • Excellent oral and written skills in French and English. Other European language would be a plus
