Key Responsibilities:
Support in KPI Framework:
- Assist in the collection and analysis of KPIs from various IT teams.
- Help in maintaining the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy.
Data Analysis Assistance:
- Support in analyzing KPIs to determine areas of focus and improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings.
Communication Support:
- Aid in the development and dissemination of communications within the IT teams.
- Assist in ensuring the quality and consistency of external communications.
Workshop Coordination:
- Help in organizing and coordinating 'Project at Risk' workshops.
- Take minutes and track the follow-up actions from these sessions.
Project Support:
- Provide administrative and project support to the PMO Lead.
- Assist in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and IT operations within the financial sector.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is advantageous.
