Euronext Corporate Solutions
Euronext Corporate Solutions is at the core of Euronext’s strategic plan “Innovate for Growth 2027”. It has delivered €50m of revenue in 2024, has been growing double digit CAGR since 2020, being one of the most important growth engine of the Group. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, expected to close in 2nd quarter of 2025, it will almost double in size with expected revenues of €100m in 2025 and continued double digit growth expectations in the coming years.
Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves more than 5000 clients including over 1500 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal,) and beyond (UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland). The team is composed of 200 professionals across Europe. With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, it will grow to over 350 professionals.
The value proposition is articulated around three main pillars:
• Governance solutions: To public and semi-public organizations we provide our board portal solution “iBabs” to help secure, organize and run board meetings more efficiently (save time preparing agendas and board packs, collaborate easily with annotations, voting, meeting summaries). Our advanced video technology allows to easily broadcast meetings, from webinars, to townhalls. iBabs has over 200,000 users primarily in the Netherlands. With the planed acquisition of Admincontrol, we are complementing this governance offer with a state-of-the-art Board Portal and Transaction Management solution designed for Private Sector needs. Admincontrol has over 200,000 users primarily in the Nordics and the UK.
• Compliance solutions : InsiderLog Product helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). We also offer whistleblowing solution with IntegrityLog.
• Investor relations and communication solutions: we help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage with shareholders and investors with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams. Our advisory team provides market intelligence and decision making analytics for listed companies.
Euronext Corporate Solutions is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.
The Chief Technology Officer (‘CTO’) role at Euronext Corporate Solutions (‘ECS’) is a key management position and plays a critical part in the success of this technology-driven business line of Euronext. Reporting to the CEO of ECS, the CTO oversees all ECS technology-related resources, is accountable in the management team of ECS but also in the management team of Euronext Group COO.
The CTO manages a team based in Portugal (Porto) and in the Netherlands (Hoorn, Amsterdam).
The Technology team is composed of circa 50 professionals. It is a key investment area for ECS as part of the 2024-2027 strategic plan.
With the planned acquisition of Admincontrol, the Technology team is going to massively grow with 120 professionals across both organisations, with specific integration topics at stake.
Key accountabilities
- Lead the integration of ECS and Admincontrol technology organisations
- Establish Technology strategy and Technology roadmap, and develop short-, mid- and long-term vision, including architecture and applications strategic choices
- Oversee all ECS Technology functions, from software development to technology operations.
- Develop and implement plan for ambitious technology capacity building, with significant resources growth, in the context of the 2024-2027 strategic plan and of Admincontrol integration
- Structure the organization and optimize technology processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Product and the Product Organization to drive innovation
- Ensure timely development and release of new modules and features to optimize time-to-revenue
- Resorb technical debt while ensuring product roadmap delivery
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resources allocation
Your profile
- Minimum 15 years of track record in Technology organizations including minimum 10 years of senior management experience as Director or C-level
- In-depth technical knowledge and proven experience in Information Technology management role
- Proven experience in scaling technology organization
- Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS applications
- Proven leadership experience in post-merger integration context is a plus
- Experience with multi-applications environment is a plus
- Experience and ability to translate IT strategy into roadmaps
- Creativity, flexibility and resilience: demonstrated ability to work in fast changing environments
- Comfortable with strategic and operational assignments, “doer” attitude with strong delivery focus
- Persuasive, professional communication style with the ability to communicate complex, technical topics to a wide variety of audiences
- Attention to client feedback and satisfaction
