For the Swedish market, ComplyLog is looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Sales Manager who will develop new strategic business opportunities and initiatives for our home market. He/she will grow revenue by acquiring new clients. He/she will oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify & reach business development targets.

Key responsibilities 

  • Contribute to ComplyLog’s ambitious growth goals by owning the sales activities in the Swedish market 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with the Head of Sales to boost sales and brand recognition.

  • Manage lead generation channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound efforts, events, LinkedIn, webinars, and networking.

  • Attend or host events and webinars to expand your network of prospects and partners.

  • Collaborate with the partnership manager to identify and cultivate partnerships.

  • Assess the market to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through client and market exposure.

  • Maintain accurate sales records in Hubspot for analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.Contribute to an open, ambitious and friendly team environment with proactive knowledge sharing and curiosity 

Your profile 

  • Proven track record in B2B software as a service (SaaS) sales where you demonstrated outstanding commercial skills 

  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset paired with the ability to set ambitious goals and actually reaching them 

  • Ability to self-organize  

  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders  

  • Natural networker 

  • Proactive mind set and out-of-the-box thinking 

  • Strong interest for innovation and technology 

  • Swedish mother tongue and fluency in English, any additional Scandinavian language skills are a plus
