Equity Continental Sales Analyst Intern

An Equity Continental sales analyst Intern evaluates clients’ data and market trends to provide actionable insights that support the sales team and improve overall sales performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and cross-locations at Euronext. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools like Excel, CRM platforms, Python, Power BI and other business intelligence software to generate sales activity monitoring, insights, and data visualizations. By addressing complex data and market trends, sales analysts Intern play a vital role in aligning business goals with actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Extracting and Analyzing data. Extracting the data from Databases via Python, Reviewing and interpreting complex trading data sets to identify client behavioral trends, opportunities, and patterns that inform decision-making processes.
- Creating sales reports. Designing detailed sales reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.
- Monitoring pricing and project strategies. Assess profitability and monitoring activities on new projects, providing insights to optimize revenue generation.
- Supporting the sales team. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.
- Evaluating market trends. Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to ensure sales strategies align with evolving customer needs and market conditions. Deliver data-driven actionable insights to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Optimizing CRM systems. Leverage CRM tools and AI functionality to improve customer relationship management and reporting and ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education. Bac+4/5 in data analysis or mathematics from university and engineer schools, or a related field.
- Technical skills. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, CRM platforms, Big Data, and data visualization and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Analytical skills. Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data, especially in large datasets.
- Communication skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders. Some backgrounds on sales is a plus.
- Problem-solving. Adept at identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
- Time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certifications. Certifications in data analysis is a plus.
- Collaboration. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
