Are you ready to make a significant impact in the financial sector? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to drive innovation and excellence in our Issuer & Tax Services department. If you have a passion for leading complex tax initiatives and coordinating across teams, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and Harmonize: Oversee complex initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align requirements across locations. 

  • Strategize and Communicate: Define and prioritize product requirements, and work closely with Project Managers to guide project priorities. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure all legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory aspects are covered and documented. 

  • Represent Euronext Securities: Participate in relevant client meetings, conferences, and more, representing our interests. 

  • Client Engagement: Manage client demos and training sessions for new products, ensuring successful onboarding and launches. 

  • Drive Vision: Work closely with Product Managers to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. 

  • Vendor Interaction: Lead product-related vendor interactions and manage change requests. 

  • Test and Validate: Organize user acceptance testing, escalating significant risks and supporting ongoing testing phases. 

  • Project Leadership: Deliver projects from initiation through to business as usual (BAU), supporting all phases and securing final sign-off from key stakeholders. 

Success Factors: 

  • Drive harmonization of offerings and solutions across locations where possible. 

  • Timely communication with customers about solutions and deliveries. 

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation. 

  • Provide insightful commercial recommendations for new initiatives. 

  • Stay on top of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. 

  • Deliver recommendations to increase revenue or reduce costs. 

  • Demonstrate proactive and agile responses to business opportunities and challenges. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Agile Expertise: Extensive experience as a Product Owner using agile methodologies, ideally in banking or financial infrastructure. 

  • Strategic Mindset: Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness. 

  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and oral presentation skills. 

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to drive projects autonomously and effectively. 

  • Collaborative Nature: Open-minded, pragmatic, and able to work well in teams. 

  • Global Perspective: Preferred international business experience. 

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written). 

  • Educational Background: Minimum 3 years of higher education (or equivalent work experience).

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our Custody products, to join our team in Oslo. In this vital role, you will drive the operational agenda and objectives for our business area, execute product strategies, deliver on business goals, and contribute to integration processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Operationalize the strategic vision and roadmap for our Custody product portfolio.
  • P&L Development: Contribute to P&L-driven business case development, balancing client needs and internal cost control.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Budgeting: Budget for the topline of the product portfolio and recommend investment budgets.
  • Business Convergence: Contribute to business convergence projects and activities.
  • Product Development: Oversee the development of new products in collaboration with internal project teams, finance, regulation/legal, surveillance, and other stakeholders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offerings, functionality, pricing, and market penetration.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services to understand client needs and opportunities to increase market share.

Profile and Skills:

  • Experience in product management and business development, preferably in banking, financial infrastructure, or IT.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with attention to detail and strategic perspective.
  • Ability to leverage relationships and drive forward projects autonomously.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and pragmatic approach.
  • Preferred international business experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of higher education (extensive work experience may compensate for lack of education).
