The EMS Issuer Services Dublin manages and coordinates on a global level with regards to Equity, Bond, Fund and ETF securities listed and traded on Euronext markets. That includes

Role and Key Accountabilities

The Regulation Administrator will have responsibility for:

Role Summary


The Legal & Regulatory Counsel provides legal assistance in relation to existing and upcoming legal or regulatory issues. He/she assists the various business teams and covers various legal aspects of Euronext. Job Description

  • He/she will prepare, define and execute the deployment strategy and execution roadmap in UK and Ireland for all solutions (meeting management/board portal, compliance, webcast, advisory and IR Solutions) cross segment (issuers, private, government), coordinate the sales activity towards issuers in close cooperation with the UK and Ireland based teams, to maximize our ecosystem and clients knowledge.

    The Technology Director provides sound technical leadership in all aspects of the Corporate Services business, and communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our products and services’ technologies are developed and used appropriately.
