Role and Key Accountabilities

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights, developing predictive models, and contributing to the overall data strategy. The accountability includes:

  • Lead and manage data science projects from concept to deployment.
  • Be hands-on to build and maintain the data platform from the pipeline itself to the documentation, dictionary, and critical support processes.
  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
  • Develop, test, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis.

  • Excellent understanding of relational databases and NoSQL databases, performance tuning and database optimization.
  • Expertise in data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and data synchronization.

ELITE –  Membership Solutions – Strategy and Business Development Manager

Role Overview: The Membership Solutions Manager will play a crucial role within the Strategy and Business Development division, focusing on evolving the ELITE membership offering across the different geographies where ELITE is developed.

This includes finding, proposing, testing and managing any potential new services to extend the current membership offering, either developed internally or integrated from third parties, in strong coordination with the Sales & Relationship Management teams and the Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Membership Offering evolution:
    • Identify and evaluate new services or products to be embedded in the core membership value proposition. This includes scouting for new partners/solutions, benchmarking other players in the market, developing concepts and proposals with business cases, validating the appetite and customer interest, and assessing the feasibility of solutions.
    • Lead the development and roll-out of new membership solutions, in strong coordination with the Product Management team and the Sales & Relationship Management teams

We are hiring for a SOC  Trainee to join our security operations team and help handle, track, and review security incidents.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn and build skills in incident handling, threat evaluation, and security control improvements in a fast-paced SOC environment.

The role involves engaging with team challenges, evaluating trending cyberthreats, promoting security measures, fine-tuning security controls, assisting with incident handling activities, and managing SOC tickets. 

The candidate will work closely with SOC analysts to enhance our incident response capabilities and overall security posture.

Key accountabilities:

• The ability to quickly engage the team challenges;
• Evaluate trending cyberthreats and promote prevention/detection measures;
• Critical analysis of existing security controls and promoting security improvements;
• Assisting with fine-tuning security controls;

Required Skills:

- Security industry certifications such as Security+, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CEH, CHFI, will be a considerable benefit;

- Where no working security experience or industry certifications exists (university leaver, etc.), then a solid academic qualification within the Information Security field is a must; 

- Analytical judgment and decision-making skills; 

- Good written and verbal communications skills; 

- Good organisational skills;

- Must be able to deal positively with pressure; 

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security controls; 

- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and supporting infrastructure elements;

Within IAM, a centralized and critical cybersecurity team, as a trainee you will engage in activities involving a combination of policies and technologies that manage user identities and access permissions. IAM is instrumental in delivering processes and systems to achieve a highly automated, rule-based, and robust access control framework.

We’re hiring an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Trainee who will play a vital role in cybersecurity by supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IAM solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge in Java, MSSQL, and PowerShell, who are eager to learn and grow in IAM technologies such as SailPoint. Focus on Microsoft technologies like Azure, become familiar with AWS, and learn best practices in cybersecurity.

The candidate will be required to understand business processes, key cybersecurity features, collaborate with regulators, liaise with end-users, and ensure compliance across the organization.

As a IAM - Trainee, you will:

  • Assist in implementation, collaborating on configuration and setup of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Support the creation of servers and databases for functionality.
  • Collaborate with seniors to ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Develop custom solutions and extensions using Java and MSSQL as required to enhance IAM functionality.

Key Responsibilities   

The resource will support the team on the following activities:  

  • Monitoring and management of the potential and actual corporate actions (including capital increases, mergers and demergers, stock split and reverse stock split, listing of stock warrant and convertible bonds, tender offers) involving companies listed on Borsa Italiana equity markets;
