As an Incident Analyst - Trainee you will establish and maintain a strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that the service requirements of the business are understood and are incorporated into a framework of continuous improvement. You will also:

  • Ensure incidents are escalated and facilitated to enable efficient and timely service restorations;

The Development Analyst – Trainee will be in charge of the projects to be developed in JIRA ecosystem, including integrations with third party applications also cloud based.

Currently the portfolio of available projects based in JIRA are:

  • Cloud integration, to collect and monitor AWS components  to be used across support and engineering teams;
  • Asset management implementation, to control and manage the hardware inventory and configuration, as well as the software license compliancy & cost;

A Software Developer – Trainee will learn and become responsible of the development practices during the development phases of pre-production, user acceptance and production. 

The selected candidate will collaborate with all stakeholders and take responsibility for building high quality, functionally performing software in accordance to the available documentation of the project (business requirements, functional specification, solution document, etc) for DevFactory Trading. For this, we are looking for someone technically qualified in an IT environment, through their studies or previous work experience, proactive and eager to learn our ways of working while contributing to their continuous improvement. 

This position may require traveling to other locations, as such France.

 

Key Accountabilities

As  Software developer – Trainee, you will:

·         Learn the way software development is implemented at Euronext and be a contributor for its improvements by writing well designed and testable code;

·         Review functional specification together with other stakeholders;

·         Understand the technical documentation (such as the Solution document) and contribute of its completion;

·         Contribute for maintaining our coding guidelines and actively following them;

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in creating customer-centric sales enablement content, including testimonials, case studies, and reviews, to support the sales team.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and campaigns.
  • Provide support in organizing and promoting corporate events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Work closely with webmasters on enhancing Company Webcast website and Euronext Corporate Services especially for the IR & Communication content/ product pages/ blogs

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sustainability, business, finance or a related field. (Bac + 5)

Minimum of 4 years' experience demonstrating a strong interest in software SaaS products, investor relations, Communication topics and capital markets. Previous experience in relevant B2B or B2C environments would be highly beneficial.
