The half-day course, held in Norwegian, is organised in collaboration with Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS and covers major topics related to listed companies’ obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation
A relevant set of real-life cases and examples will also be discussed.
The course is relevant for all issuers admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs, Euronext Expand, and Euronext Growth Oslo.
This 3-hour in-person course will provide participants with an overview of:
- The key principles of the Market Abuse Regulation in Norway
- Assessment of inside information and routines for delayed disclosure
- The prohibitions against market abuse – unlawful disclosure, insider trading and market manipulation
- Primary insiders – legal responsibilities and closed periods
- Contact with supervisory authorities and related sanctions
The course will be held by Pernille Woxen Burum, Specialist Partner at the law firm BAHR. The speaker holds extensive and special expertise within the stock exchange and securities legislation, including Market Abuse Regulation and capital market transactions, such as IPOs, share issues, mergers, and acquisitions.
