Euronext EGM Announcement
Regulatory News:
Euronext N.V. (Paris:ENX) (Amsterdam:ENX) (Brussels:ENX), the leading exchange in the Eurozone, today announced that it has called an Extraordinary Meeting (EGM) at 10.00am CET on Friday 19 December 2014 at the offices of Euronext N.V., Beursplein 5, Amsterdam, the Netherlands to consider and vote on the following items:
1. Resolution to draw up and publish the annual accounts and the annual report of Euronext N.V. only in the English language
2. Composition of the Supervisory Board
a) Appointment of Dominique Aubernon as member of the Supervisory Board
b) Appointment of Koenraad Dom as member of the Supervisory Board
c) Appointment of Godelieve Mostrey as member of the Supervisory Board
each subject to the condition precedent that the requisite regulatory approval will have been obtained and effective immediately upon receipt of the requisite regulatory approval.

Dominique Aubernon is currently the Head of Strategic Advisory at BNP Paribas Group. She serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Klépierre and is a Board Member of BNP Paribas New Zealand Ltd.. Previously she was CFO of BNP Paribas International Retail Services from 2006 – 2008.
Koenraad Dom is a finance and risk professional with extensive experience in Banking, Financial Markets, Energy and Commodities. He is currently an Independent Director at the Federal Holding and Investment Company (FHIC) and a Financial and Risk Management Consultant. He was previously at Nyrstar from 2007 – 2012 as Group Manager Commodity Risk.
Godelieve Mostrey is Executive Director and Chief Technology and Service Officer at Euroclear. She is a member of the Euroclear Group Management Committee and an Executive Director of the Board. She is also a Director and member of the Audit Committee at the Board of RealDolmen. Previously Ms Mostrey was a member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Fortis in Brussels.
