Cancellation of the registry of CBE AM

We hereby inform that, on 4^th January, 2006, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the company CIBER REDE - Consultadoria Internet, S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the code CBE AM, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
