Cancellation of the registry of ESC AM

We hereby inform that, on 30^th January, 2006, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the company E.S.CAPITAL - Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the code ESC AM, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
