We hereby inform that, on 8^th February, 2006, 97.637.700 shares, with a nominal value of 1,00 EUR each, were registered, representing the increase of the share capital from 50.000,00 to 97.687.700,00 EUR of SOPORCEL - Gestão de Participações Sociais - S.G.P.S., S.A., under the code SGS AM.
