We hereby inform that, on 27th March, 2006, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the company Sonae Sierra, SGPS, SA., registered in the Securities Central under the code SOA AE, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
