We hereby inform that, on 13^th April, 2006, 100.000.000.000 bonds representing direct Public Debt were registered, regarding the loan "OT 3,95% Julho 2009", which auction took place on 12^th April, 2006, under the code OTECOE. These bonds are fungible with 507.000.000.100 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 607.000.000.100).
