We hereby inform that, on 11th May, 2006, 105.900.100.000 bonds representing direct Public Debt were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,10% 15 Abril", which auction took place on 10th May, 2006, under the code OTE5OE. These bonds are fungible with 315.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 420.900.100.000).
