We hereby inform that, on 18^th May, 2006, subsequent to the capital increase of PT MULTIMÉDIA - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia - S.G.P.S., S.A. from 77.274.207,00 to 250.368.430,68 EUR, the nominal value has been changed from 0,25 to 0,81 EUR, under the codes PTM AM and PTM1AM.
