Following the notice nº 0536/06 from the Euronext Lisbon, we hereby inform that the shares of the company "SONAE.COM, SGPS, S.A" representing the increase of the share capital to 296.526.868,00 EUR, registered in the Securities Central under the code SNC9AE, took, on 1^st June, 2006, the code SNC AE.
