We hereby inform that, on 15^th June, 2006, 100.000.000.000 bonds representing direct Public Debt were registered, regarding the loan "OT 3,20% 15 Abril 2011", which auction took place on 14^th June, 2006, under the code OTE4OE. These bonds are fungible with 507.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 607.000.000.000).
