We hereby inform that, on 28^th July, 2006, subsequent to the capital increase of LUSOSCUT - Auto-estradas das Beiras Litoral e Alta, S.A. from 32.640.000,00 to 45.033.000,00 EUR, the nominal value has been changed from 6,40 to 8,83 EUR, under the code LCB AM.
