We hereby inform that, on 18th August, 2006, 3.500.000 ordinary bonds representing the company EDA - Empresa de Electricidade dos Açores, S.A., were registered, regarding the loan "EDA - Agosto 2013 - 2ª Série", under the code EDAEOE. These bonds are fungible with 1.500.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.000.000).
