We hereby inform that, on 14th September, 2006, 105.243.200.000 bonds representing direct Public Debt were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,10% 15 Abril 2037", which auction took place on 13th September, 2006, under the code OTE5OE. These bonds are fungible with 412.900.100.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 518.143.300.000).
