We hereby inform that, on 12^th October, 2006, 100.000.000.000 bonds representing direct Public Debt were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,20% 15 Outubro 2016", which auction took place on 11^th October, 2006, under the code OTE6OE. These bonds are fungible with 315.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 415.000.000.000).
