We hereby inform that, as a result of the existence of the conditions for the anticipated loss of the rights inherent to "Warrants Estruturados sobre DAX - Put - 6.700 EUR - 23.02.2007", issued by Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, and registered under the code KCR1WP, one was cancelled the registry on 8th January, 2007.
