We hereby inform that, on 9^th January, 2007, subsequent to the capital increase, of the company LUSOSCUT - Auto Estradas do Grande Porto, S.A. from 25.737.000,00 to 37.300.000,00 EUR, the nominal value has been changed from 6,90 to 10,00 EUR, under the code LCP AM.
