We hereby inform that, on 25^th January, 2007, the issue of "Valores Mobiliários Estruturados sobre diferença entre a rentibilidade do índice Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 e do índice S&P/MIB", registered in the Securities Central under the code BAIABE, was cancelled, due to the final reimbursement take place on that date.
