We hereby inform that, on 7th February, 2007, 39.500 units, regarding the increase of the issue "BES Investimento/2007 - Certificados sobre 18 Meses Cabaz Mundial", issued by Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, S.A., were registered, under the code ESSKYE. These mutual funds are fungible with 758.200 mutual funds already issued (total amount in circulation: 797.700).
