We hereby inform that, on 9th February, 2007, 150.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Portucel - Call - 2.7 EUR - 15.06.2007", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft1, were registered, under the code KCTNWP. These warrants are fungible with 150.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 300.000).
