We hereby inform that, as a result of the existence of the conditions for the anticipated loss of the rights inherent to "Warrants Estruturados sobre C.F.Dax - Put - 7.025 - 16.03.2007", issued by Banco Millennium BCP Investimento, S.A., and registered under the code BIYSWE, one was cancelled the registry on 27th February, 2007.
