We hereby inform that, on 5th March, 2007, 15.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "BES Investimento/2007 - Certificados sobre 18 Meses Cabaz Mundial", issued by Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, S.A., were registered, under the code ESSKYE. These mutual funds are fungible with 919.800 mutual funds already issued (total amount in circulation: 934.800).
