We hereby inform that, on 22^th March, 2007, the corporate name of "NEWCAPITAL - Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A." was changed to "BANIF CAPITAL - Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code NEW AM.
