Cancellation of the registry of MOC AE

We hereby inform that, on 7^th May, 2007, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the registry of the shares of the Modelo Continente - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A., registered in the Securities Central under the code MOC AE, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry occurs on that date.
