We hereby inform that, on 23^th August, 2007, 100.000.000.000 ordinary bonds of company Instituto de Gestão do Crédito Público were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,35% - 16 Outubro 2017", which auction took place on 22^th August, 2007, under the code OTELOE. These bonds are fungible with 408.282.200.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 508.282.200.000).
