We hereby inform that, on 5th September, 2007, 18.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Portucel - Call - 3 EUR - 20.12.2007", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KD1TWP. These warrants are fungible with 450.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 468.000).
