We hereby inform that, on 18th September, 2007, 1.200.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants Estruturados sobre EUR/USD - Call - 1,35 USD - 12.12.2007", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KCOXWP. These warrants are fungible with 1.000.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 2.200.000).
