We hereby inform that, on 28th September, 2007, subsequent to the capital increase, of the company WEB-LAB - S.G.P.S., S.A. from 4.550.000,00 to 22.750.000,00 EUR, the nominal value has been changed from 0,05 to 0,25 EUR, under the code WLA AE.
