We hereby inform that, on 6th November, 2007, 90.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Portucel - Call - 3 EUR - 20.03.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEBIWP. These warrants are fungible with 300.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 390.000).
