We hereby inform that, on 6th November, 2007, 15.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Sonae Industria - Call - 9,5 EUR - 20.12.2007", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEBWWP. These warrants are fungible with 150.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 165.000).
