We hereby inform that, on 13th November, 2007, 60.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre BPI - Call - 6,5 EUR - 20.03.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEANWP. These warrants are fungible with 240.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 300.000).
