We hereby inform that, on 13th November, 2007, 150.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre GALP - Put - 10 EUR - 20.03.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEA7WP. These warrants are fungible with 250.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 400.000).
