We hereby inform that, on 5th December, 2007 and by indication of the Issuer, one has cancelled the 7.500 cash bonds, regarding the issue "BES Investimento/2006 - Range Accrual Euribor TARN", registered in the Securities Central under code ESSAXE (total amount in circulation: 65.400).
