We hereby inform that, on 11th January, 2008, 10.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Banif - Call - 4,5 EUR - 20.03.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KCWHWP. These warrants are fungible with 100.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 110.000).
