We hereby inform that, on 7^th February, 2008, the corporate name of "SOVENA - Comércio e Indústria de Produtos Alimentares, S.A." was changed to "SOVENA PORTUGAL - Consumer Goods, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code SVN AE.
