Capital increase of GMC AM

We hereby inform that, on 2^nd April, 2008, subsequent to the capital increase, of the company Grupo Media Capital - S.G.P.S., S.A. from 7.606.186,20 to 89.583.970,80 EUR, the nominal value has been changed from 0,09 to 1,06 EUR, under the code GMC AM.
