We hereby inform that, on 13th May, 2008, 10.000.000.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,10% 15 Abril 2037", which auction took place on 12th May, 2008, under the code OTE5OE. These bonds are fungible with 606.143.300.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 616.143.300.000).
